Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Graduate Program/Project Manager in Bengaluru. You will drive BOM changes, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage changes across supply chain, product management, and manufacturing. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and stakeholder communication.

You will contribute to program initiation, CIP efforts, and ensure timely delivery within budget. The role offers hybrid work with on-site collaboration and remote flexibility, aligned with Lam’s On-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (no prior experience required).
• MS Office Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Graduate eligible role with strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Controlled implementation of changes to Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Analyze reports and metrics to guide deviations from process of record and inform customers of upcoming changes.
• Maintain change records for supplier changes, supplier POR changes, obsolescence requests.
• Interface with supply chain, product management, spares and manufacturing to track engineering changes.
• Own KPIs and deliverables for the group.
• Prepare Part Change Notifications based on problems and proposed solutions.
• Support initiation of new programs and contribute to CIP.

The impact you’ll make

As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for [insert group or strategic initiative]. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.

What you’ll do

• Controlled implementation of changes to Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Analyzes reports and metrics for maintaining process of record for customers, reconciles data variances and uses that information to guide the identification of deviations from process of record and puts plan together with team to inform customer of upcoming changes
• Works with cross functional team to maintain change records for supplier changes, supplier POR changes, obsolescence requests.
• Interfaces with Supply chain, Product Management, Spares and manufacturing operations team, customer services business group to track engineering changes
• Own Key Product Indicators (KPI) and deliverables of the group
• Prepare Part change notification based on Problem statement & proposed solution
• Self-motivated individual contributor role and normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments
• Starting new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization and engage in Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP)

Who we’re looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with no previous professional experience; or equivalent experience.
• This is a graduate eligible role.
• Knowledge of life cycle analysis, Product Change Notification, Component Obsolescence management, supply chain management
  • Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) structure
  • MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally with a desire to work as part of a global team with high a degree of attention to details

Preferred qualifications

• Data visualization tool like Power BI
• SAP MM
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma / problem solving methodologies
