Job summary

ASSPL, part of Amazon India, seeks a candidate for the FX and Speed Program team within the External Fulfillment network to contribute to high-impact supply chain projects in Bengaluru. The role involves day-to-day monitoring of FX processes and ownership of related operational activities.

You will manage stakeholder communications, drive process improvements, and support EFES operations across functions. A Bachelor’s degree and strong Excel/Office skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Execute all seller configurations in the system for Fulfillment experience.
• Own speed related reports and perform deep dives.
• Send weekly updates on critical projects using query-based tools and Excel.
• Configure capacity settings in the system.
• Conduct escalations analyses with stakeholders on speed topics.
• Provide critical support during peak events for system configurations.
• Liaise across functions to drive projects and clear issues and bottlenecks.

This role is a part of the centralized supply chain planning function at Amazon India. The candidate will be a part of the FX and Speed Program team for External Fulfillment network. The candidate will contribute to high impact projects in Supply Chain. The candidate is expected to support all EFES related operational activities.

This role is a part of the centralized supply chain planning function at Amazon India. The candidate will be a part of the FX and Speed Program team for External Fulfillment network. The candidate will contribute to high impact projects in Supply Chain. The candidate is expected to support all EFES related operational activities.

The role entails day to day monitoring FX related processes, running internal processes centrally and monitoring of progress on designated tools. The job requires someone who has the ability to manage stakeholders remotely and high willingness to take ownership. The candidate must be willing to work with internal and external stakeholders to uphold process requirements and also identify/suggest corrections for processes in place.

Key job responsibilities

• Responsible for execution of all seller configurations in the system for Fulfillment experience
• Owning of speed related reports and deep dive
• Sending weekly updates on critical projects by using query based tools and excels

• Deep dives on escalations by all stakeholders on topics of speed
• Critical support during all peak events for all system configurations required

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
