Wadhwani AI LEHS is seeking a Program Officer to support AI-enabled education initiatives across multiple states. You will coordinate with state teams, government stakeholders, and partners to ensure effective program implementation and scale-up.

Job Description

The Program Officer will be part of the core national team supporting the implementation and scale-up of AI-enabled education solutions across multiple states and partner ecosystems. The role involves coordinating with state teams, government stakeholders, technical partners, and internal cross-functional teams to support effective program implementation, stakeholder engagement, and solution adoption.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, the ability to understand and communicate technology-enabled solutions, and experience managing multiple stakeholders in dynamic implementation environments.

Requirements

• Coordinate with state teams, internal teams, and external stakeholders as part of the national program team.
  
• Support implementation and scale-up of AI-enabled education solutions across government and partner ecosystems.
  
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials, technical bodies, implementation partners, and other stakeholders.
  
• Support integration and adoption of digital and AI-enabled solutions within existing state ecosystems and programs.
  
• Understand product workflows, implementation processes, and operational requirements to communicate solutions to stakeholders effectively.
  
• Support external meetings, presentations, workshops, and product discussions with government and partner organizations.
  
• Coordinate with internal product, program, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and timely issue resolution.
  
• Track implementation progress, follow up on action items, and support reporting and documentation requirements.
  
• Identify operational challenges and coordinate cross-functional support for troubleshooting and resolution.
  
• Document project outcomes, learnings, risks, and implementation insights to support continuous improvement.
  
• Travel within states or nationally as required for stakeholder engagement and program activities.
