Responsibilities

• Drive and ensure TIS performance in terms of planning, execution and delivery on time.
• Ensure timely orders and intimations on a real time basis and on each projects.
• Track projects performance on a real time basis and identify potential risks and gaps and close them proactively.
• Ensure timely delivery, billing and documentation.
• Ensure processes of bill checking and validation.
• Track revenue documentation and maximize revenue each month, month on month.
• Track key indices on team performance.
• Be the face of NCR Atleos TIS to customer.

This covers project management, feasibility studies, vendor management and managing the entire fitout process for civil interiors and electricals.

As the Program manager- TIS, you would be expected to manage the following:

Basic Qualifications

• Qualification: - B.Tech/ BE Civil/ Any Degree with 20+ years Project management experience
• Experience in Civil, interior and electrical Infra project cycle is an additional advantage.
• Proven track record in project management and project implementation.
• Negotiating skills, influencing abilities.
• Experience with business analysis and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects – prioritization, planning and task delegation.
• Bachelor's degree required.
