About the Role
As a Program Manager, you will own key metrics focused on defect elimination and deliver business value. The role requires working closely with senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, making data‑driven decisions, driving process improvement opportunities, and closing gaps. You will collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to deploy tools and system enhancements.
Key Performance Areas
- Own the defect elimination goal for the functional unit
- Dive deep and understand upstream systems and processes that lead to product defects
- Drive inputs to improve standard operating procedures and eliminate defects through process or automation fixes with external stakeholders
- Identify and align business impact metrics with stakeholders; establish and report them across worldwide measurement points
- Use data analysis to identify gaps, structure initiatives, recommend solutions, and drive consensus on strategic inter‑function decisions
- Own communication and progress updates on multiple projects; assess performance against goals and realign stakeholders on deliverables
- Use Tableau and SQL to create dashboards, analyze opportunities, identify patterns, and implement proactive solutions

- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with excellent writing and verbal communication skills

- Apply analytical reasoning to assess events, anticipate questions, and evaluate impact
- Integrate information from multiple sources to understand an issue
- Leverage expertise of others to assist in addressing issues or solving problems
- Focus on fixing root causes rather than symptoms
Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of cross‑functional experience with tech and non‑tech teams
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements
- 3+ years of end‑to‑end delivery and communication of results to senior leadership
- Experience in stakeholder management with multiple levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, managing projects, and developing schedules
