Job summary

Rocket Learning in Chandigarh is seeking a Program Manager – PMU Punjab to support ECCE programme implementation in partnership with government stakeholders. The role focuses on government liaison, programme coordination, training support, data tracking, and ensuring smooth execution across state, district, and field levels.

You will build relationships with officials, coordinate activities, prepare dashboards and reports, and support training for Anganwadi workers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in the development sector.
• Experience working with government systems and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Canva.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently in ambiguous situations.
• Passion for early childhood education and social impact.
• Experience with large-scale ECCE programmes is a plus.
