We are looking for a good fit to join our Transportation Long Term Capacity Planning Team, part of the larger Supply Chain Team. This team plays a crucial role in strategically planning and executing Amazon's Last Mile Transportation network topology over a 1-3 year horizon. As a Last Mile Program Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to evolve our delivery network, contributing to optimization across cost, speed, and reliability while maintaining a strong customer focus.
In this role, you will support the development of capacity solutions that address both current and future demands, ensuring business continuity through peak periods. Your work will contribute to long-term strategy programs, helping prepare Amazon's last mile logistics network for sustained growth while balancing delivery speed, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
You will leverage your analytical skills in forecasting and capacity planning to support data-driven decisions that shape the future of our Last Mile operations. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the organization. Your analysis and recommendations will support senior leadership decisions and drive continuous improvement of our delivery network.

You are expected to have strong analytical, planning, and written/verbal communication skills. You are a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
