Job summary

Google LLC in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Program Manager II for Integrated Fleet Actions and Systems. The role oversees cross-functional programs spanning data center operations, NPI, and risk management, coordinating stakeholders across time zones and offices to deliver complex projects on schedule.

You will lead multi-disciplinary efforts, drive architectural discussions, and ensure transparent reporting of project health and risks to leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery, fleet actions, launches, ecosystem integrations. Translate complex business goals into clear scopes, OKRs, actionable roadmaps while managing dependencies and risks.
• Evaluate complex engineering challenges using technical judgment. Active involvement in architectural discussions, trade-off evaluations, maintain quality delivery standards.
• Partner across boundaries—including Engineering, Product Management, Data Center Operations—to enhance operational predictability, cycle times. Navigate Data Center infrastructure, evolving NPI ecosystem while working with key partners.
• Deliver clear, regular updates on program health, strategies, risks to partners. Summarize technical issues into actionable briefs for leadership to drive organizational alignment.
• Ensure adherence by resolving operational bottlenecks, implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.Leverage AI/ML principles, workflows, agent-based AI tools to streamline operations, accelerate delivery.
