Job summary

Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager II to lead techno-functional planning teams across multiple platforms from Pune, India. The role involves defining product vision, developing roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional requirements for advanced planning solutions.

You will work with global teams, manage releases, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with sustainability and safety standards. Local travel may be required and reports to Senior Manager in Pune.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology with 8–10+ years of experience in supply chain strategy and planning.
• Experience in supply & demand planning operations.
• Kinaxis deployment or user experience for planning.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead techno-functional planning team across tools: Coupa SC Guru, Kinaxis Maestro, JDA, Toolsgroup, Finite Scheduling Tool and SAP implementations.
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for planning solutions.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap prioritizing features based on feedback and business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for product features and improvements.
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain quality standards with development teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends to guide direction and product strategy.
• Coordinate product releases including training materials and support.

• What You Will Do:
• Lead a Techno-functional team across Planning function covering wide spectrum of solutions including Coupa Supply Chain Guru, Kinaxis Maestro, JDA, Toolsgroup, Finite Scheduling Tool and SAP (EBS, S4 HANA) implementation.
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Solutions, aligning it with company goals and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on stakeholder feedback, trends, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize requirements for product features and improvements.
• Collaborate with technical Product Team on detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs that guide the team in building out our planning solutions.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to make informed decisions about product direction.
• Support testing and validation of product features to ensure they meet team’s expectations.
• Coordinate product releases, including communication plans, training materials, and support.
• Build strong relationships with business partners, seeking their input and feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Provide expertise, thought leadership and work effectively with limited direction.
• Position Details:
• Location: Kharadi office, Pune, India.
• Ability to travel when required.
• Reports to Senior Manager in Pune
• Standard Time 12 PM – 9 PM (Flexible work hours due to global projects)
• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology8–10+ years of experience in supply chain strategy Supply & Demand Planning operational role experience
• Kinaxis Deployment or user experience for Supply & Demand Planning.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading others (preferred team size: more than 5) Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple activities in a high-pressure, demanding, and fast-paced environment

• Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA Operations/Supply Chain OR ME/MTech Operations Research / Industrial Engineering
• Experience in modeling using Coupa Supply Chain Guru software
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification or equivalent
• US B1 visa
