Here’s what you’ll be doing

We’re hiring a Program Manager for our Australia GTM team. This role is central to how we build and execute our go-to-market strategy for larger school groups and districts in Australia. You’ll work with the Head of Marketing for Australia and collaborate closely with Sales, Content, Design, and Events teams. The role will suit someone who enjoys switching gears between research, strategy, and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Account-based marketing: Lead detailed research, strategy, and execution for school districts and large accounts.
  • AI & automation: Build and scale GTM automations to improve efficiency on the GTM team.
  • Pipeline revival: Drive revival and nurture of lost/stalled deals to unlock new revenue.
  • Moonshot projects: Own and experiment with new GTM initiatives.
  • Metrics ownership: Own and report on lead generation metrics for ABM and Revival channels.
Is this someone that looks like you?
  • 1–3 years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, strategy, or product environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and see projects through from 0 → 1.
  • Clear, structured communication skills.
  • Curiosity, humility, and resilience.
  • A background from Tier 1/2 colleges is preferred, but not required. Experience in growth, GTM, or strategy roles is a plus.
