Job summary

Hero MotoCorp in Jaipur seeks a Program Manager for Digital Process & Automation to drive strategic alignment of long-term plans with leadership. You will lead end-to-end digital initiatives, governance of NPD processes, and deliver real-time dashboards using AI-powered analytics for executive reporting.

The role requires MBA and BE/BTech in Mech/Automotive, with PMP as an added advantage. Proficiency in Power BI, Python, Vertex AI, and MS Office is expected, along with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• MBA preferred with engineering background in Automotive/Mechanical domains.
• Experience in program management, PMO governance, and digital process optimization is desirable.
• Familiarity with data analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled decision support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital process initiatives and NPD governance.
• Align 5-year cycle plans with overall program goals (GPP & MLH).
• Deliver real-time insights via dashboards for leadership and executive reporting.
