TheProgram Manager will oversee the seamless delivery of public and private cloud services at UnitedLayer. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, exceptional program management skills, and a customer‑focused mindset. The Program Manager will lead cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive the success of cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple programs related to public and private cloud initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client and organizational objectives.
• Develop detailed program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on‑time and within‑budget delivery.
• Report program status and performance metrics to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding cloud service delivery.
• Oversee the delivery of cloud services, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly.
• Continuously assess and optimize service delivery processes for efficiency and quality.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to address their needs and drive satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in public and private cloud technologies.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to design and deliver innovative cloud solutions.
• Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve cloud infrastructure and services.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve their professional goals and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless service integration and delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in program management and/or service delivery roles, preferably in cloud services.
• Strong understanding of public and private cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, VMware, and OpenStack.
• Proven track record of managing complex programs and delivering cloud services to enterprise clients.
• Excellent understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
