Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Program Manager/Scrum Master in Hyderabad to lead agile teams and mentor them in Scrum practices. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and work with Product Owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to improve delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT industry.
• Development background would be a big plus.
• Certified Scrum Master with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum Practices: Lead daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Mentor and train team members in Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices.
• Coordinate cross-project activities, resources, and dependencies.
• Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Ensure program and project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Identify and assess risks associated with the program and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee resource planning across multiple projects.
• Ensure resources are effectively allocated and utilized.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.

• · Very good understanding of Business as well as technical terminologies.
• · Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• · Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• · Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• · Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• · Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• · Proficiency in project management tools and software like JIRA, Azure DevOps .. etc
• · A Problem-Solving mindset and ability to work in matrixed organization.
