Job summary

Fortinet seeks a Professional Services Program Manager to lead engagements of medium and large complexity, remotely or onsite. You will orchestrate a virtual team including Customer Contacts, Fortinet Sales, Professional Services and Technical Support to ensure technically sound and profitable implementations.

Role requires exceptional negotiation, written and verbal communication skills and a structured approach for IT security solutions, with a background in business, budgeting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or management discipline or equivalent extensive work-related experience.
• PMP and/or PRINCE II certification.
• 15 years’ experience in a Project or Program Management role.
• Solid technical background, with understanding of security and internetworking skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Outstanding negotiation, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with global enterprise, carrier and governmental customers.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships to understand the needs and requirements of the customer's project.
• Develops, negotiates and builds a Scope of Work, WBS and project schedules to match the needs of the project.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Works closely with Fortinet functions to coordinate activities.

The Program Manager's is expected to manage a virtual team comprising; Customer Contacts, Fortinet Sales, Professional Services and Technical Support to ensure a technically sound, financially profitable, supportable implementation. • Works closely with all customer-facing Fortinet functions, including sales, operations, order management, support to coordinate activities.
