Job summary

Hexnode is seeking a Program Manager for the Product Management team. You will be the connector between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to amplify the impact of our product work and ensure smooth launches.

You will design scalable processes, optimize the Product Development Life Cycle, manage critical cadences, and align teams with clear roadmaps. Proficiency in Jira and data-driven storytelling will help translate constraints into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Program Management or a similar operational role in SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Engineering and Customer Support to manage the operational execution of new product rollouts and feature releases.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable processes across the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives with clear milestones and risk management.
• Build systems to aggregate data and feedback from users, sales, and support teams.
• Own the product team’s tech stack (e.g., Jira) and ensure OKR tracking.
• Facilitate roadmaps, retrospectives, and maintain centralized product documentation.

Role Overview

As the Program Manager for Product Management team at Hexnode, you will be the ultimate connector between our Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Your primary mission is to amplify the impact of our product team by building scalable processes and ensuring seamless product launches.

You will function as the operational glue that holds the product lifecycle together, ensuring that our teams are aligned, our tools are optimized, and our feedback loops are tight. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Engineering and Customer Support to manage the operational execution of new product rollouts and feature releases. Ensure all go-to-market (GTM) activities are coordinated, and teams are trained and ready.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable processes across the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC). Identify bottlenecks in roadmap planning, and release management, and implement solutions to increase team velocity.
• Lead complex, cross-departmental initiatives. Create project plans, define milestones, manage risks, and ensure clear communication of progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Build and manage systems to aggregate quantitative data and qualitative feedback from users, sales, and support teams. Surface actionable insights to help Product Managers prioritize the roadmap.
• Own the product team’s tech stack (e.g., Jira). Ensure these tools are configured optimally to support roadmap visibility, and OKR tracking.
• Facilitate critical product cadences, including roadmap reviews and retrospective meetings. Ensure that the team maintains a centralized hub of product documentation and release notes for the broader company.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Program Management, or a similar operational role within a SaaS or technology company.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams (Product, Engineering, Design, GTM) without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and a record of implementing process improvements that drive measurable efficiency.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data and qualitative feedback into clear, actionable insights for product teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can translate technical constraints to business stakeholders and business goals to technical teams.
