Job description

We are looking for a seasoned Program / Account Manager to spearhead security-focused programs across Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud Services. This role is pivotal in driving smooth project transitions, robust stakeholder alignment, stable operations, and sustained revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen alongside deep program management expertise, working closely with cross-functional teams and enterprise customers to deliver measurable outcomes.

About the Role

This role involves leading end-to-end program management for security, IT, and cloud projects, covering transition, stabilization, and steady-state operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program management for security, IT, and cloud projects — covering transition, stabilization, and steady-state operations.
  • Work closely with SMEs, engineers, and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across all phases.
  • Collaborate with project managers, security architects, and consulting teams during transition phases.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager for ongoing service delivery and day-to-day operational continuity.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps during transitions and proactively drive resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards across the program portfolio.
  • Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at regular cadence.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across security operations and cloud service delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, owning the end-to-end client relationship.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders across operational and executive levels.
  • Manage customer expectations proactively — ensuring satisfaction, resolving escalations, and driving positive NPS scores.
  • Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with clients to review program health, roadmap alignment, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Identify and act on whitespace opportunities within existing accounts to expand the scope of services.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and solutions teams to position new offerings and drive account-level growth.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of each client's business objectives, risk posture, and technology roadmap.
  • Track account health metrics and proactively flag risk of churn or dissatisfaction.
  • Own account-level revenue targets, tracking monthly and quarterly actuals against plan.
  • Work with finance and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in line with contract milestones and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor contract billing schedules, manage change orders, and oversee the commercials of contract modifications.
  • Ensure SOW (Statement of Work) adherence and flag any scope deviations that impact revenue or margins.
  • Drive renewal negotiations and multi-year contract extensions to maximize account lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with finance on forecasting, invoicing accuracy, and AR (accounts receivable) hygiene.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that contribute to incremental revenue within existing accounts.
  • Maintain a rolling forecast of expected revenue by account and report to leadership with commentary on risks and upside.
Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of experience in Program Management and/or Account Management roles.
  • Strong background in managing cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or cloud services programs.
  • Proven experience in project transitions, operational handovers, and steady-state program management.
  • Demonstrated exposure to security operations, SOC environments, or security consulting engagements.
  • Commercial acumen with hands-on experience in revenue tracking, contract management, and client-side commercials.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, SMEs, sales, and customer stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients or in large-scale managed service environments.
  • Proficiency in program reporting, governance frameworks, and executive dashboards.
Required Skills
  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CCSP, or relevant cloud/security certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience managing global delivery models with distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with managed security service provider (MSSP) or cloud managed service models.
  • Prior experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Salesforce, or similar platforms for account and program tracking.
Preferred Skills
  • Program Delivery Excellence: On-time, within-budget delivery of security, IT, and cloud programs. Adherence to SLAs and KPIs across all managed programs.
  • Account Revenue Growth: Achievement of account-level revenue targets. Identification and conversion of upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Revenue Recognition Accuracy: Timely and accurate revenue recognition in line with contract milestones. Clean AR with minimal disputes or delays.
  • Client Satisfaction & Retention: High NPS/CSAT scores from assigned accounts. Successful contract renewals and expansion of account scope.
