Involve Learning Solutions Foundation in Vaishali, Bihar, seeks a hands-on Program Lead to manage end-to-end implementation of the Student Agency program starting with Peer-based rollout in a block, coordinating with BACs, CACs and teachers to ensure outcomes for all students.

You will build robust onboarding, training, and monitoring processes; foster relationships with state officials and districts; and document progress with monthly reports for funders and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

Overview of the Role:

You will manage end-to-end implementation of our Program towards Student Agency in the district, starting with implementing the Peer based program in a block through working with Block Academic Coordinator (BAC), Cluster Academic Coordinator (CAC) & teachers to ensure successful program outcomes for all the students. You will be a part of the team which lays the foundation for the scale of Involve. This will include the following:

1. Implementation

• Setting up robust processes that enable smooth onboarding & daily management of students for the program by the teachers
• Understanding existing structures for different aspect of the program for ease of implementation
• Training of BACs/CACs on different aspect of Student Leadership and Student Agency
• Regular interaction with all the stakeholders, visiting schools regularly to ensure the quality of the program on ground and understanding the implementation gaps
• Identifying the needs on the ground and designing/creating programs aligning to Involve's vision with the support of Program Design team

2. Manage relationships:

• Fostering positive relationships with State officials, district officials, other stakeholders to get buy-in on the vision to build a strong idea of Student Leadership and agency in them for sustainable effort
• Engaging DC, DIET, and other govt. Officials by regularly reporting, initiating formal/informal conversations and co-creating action plans with them.
• Identifying other CSOs aimed at addressing pressing needs at the school site

3. Documenting and reporting

• Leading efforts to document and report progress & program gaps/challenges every month
• Adapting tools or surveys to evaluate, collect data and document stakeholder (BACs, CACs, teachers, students) response to intervention
• Analysing feedback from BACs, Teachers and CACs to improve the effectiveness of the program and implementation continually
• Creating monthly reports for funders (some part of the report) and govt stakeholders

Apply If you have

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the education sector, leading programs at large scale, preferably district or state models& managing a team
• Education: An undergraduate degree in any stream is a must; a master's degree is a plus
• Skills: Should be a good planner and a go-getter; Should be good with on-ground work; okay to commute long distances on certain days; be patient with the outcomes; getting things done by leveraging relationships; Clear understanding of thoughts while making any decision and excellent communication skills
• Should have a strong sense of data collection, data analysis, knowledge of statistics and be able to set structures for operational data
• Strong work Ethics: Punctuality, Sense of environment, self-driven;
• Interests: Passionate about education; enjoys mentoring and working with school kids.

Vaishali (Bihar) (Should be fluent in Hindi, both verbal and reading)
This role is an onsite role which requires extensive travel to schools, gov offices and other stakeholder spaces.

Compensation:

INR 5 - 6 LPA CTC (Negotiable based on experience & fit)
