Micron Technology, Inc. invites applications for a Program Lead in Construction & Facilities in Gujarat, India. The role drives the integrated facilities roadmap, aligning with manufacturing ramp and site objectives to deliver complex expansion programs.
The incumbent will coordinate multiple projects, manage budgets, and ensure governance across phases, from planning to handover, enabling reliable operations and future growth.

Lead the integrated Facilities and Construction roadmap in alignment with site business objectives, manufacturing ramp requirements, operational priorities and future expansion plans. Translate strategic priorities into clear programs, governance forums, milestones, owners and measurable outcomes.
Provide streamlined coordination for multiple projects running concurrently. Maintain a coordinated master view of achievements, resource needs, interfaces, constraints, and dependencies. Resolve conflicts across projects and ensure that individual teams work toward common site-level outcomes.
Lead the delivery of greenfield, brownfield and expansion programs from planning and development through procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and closeout. Ensure effective project controls for Phase 1A completion, Phase 1B/1C, PWF, Building 2, power infrastructure and other approved expansion scopes.
Drive Phase 1 Facilities Operations stabilization through structured planning, system-wise closure, formal handover, mature operations and maintenance practices, reliability improvement, documentation readiness, spares strategy, proficiency development and continuous improvement. Establish clear transition criteria from project mode to sustained operations.
Own Capital Expenditure and Operating Expenditure planning for the Facilities and Construction portfolio. Lead annual and multi-year budgeting, forecasting, prioritization, cash-flow visibility, dedication tracking, variance management and cost optimization. Ensure disciplined financial governance and accountability for approved investments and operating costs.
Establish and maintain a program-wide risk and issue management framework. Ensure timely identification, assessment, ownership, mitigation, addressing of customer and partner concerns, and closure of risks and issues. Maintain leadership visibility on critical exposures related to schedule, cost, safety, quality, utilities, contractors, personnel, supply chain, approvals, and operational readiness.
Drive value engineering, design-to-cost, benchmarking, constructability reviews, contract strategy optimization and lifecycle cost decisions. Challenge cost growth while protecting safety, compliance, reliability, quality and business continuity requirements.
Establish governance structures and review cadences across the portfolio. Provide concise and breakthrough-focused updates to senior leadership covering progress, turning point health, budget, forecast, risks, changes, quality, safety, resource constraints and support required.
Act as the primary program contact with senior leadership, Manufacturing, Engineering, Global Facilities, Finance, Procurement, Environmental Health and Safety, Security, Information Technology, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities. Maintain clear decision rights, contact responsibilities and paths for addressing critical issues.
Build a high-performing Facilities and Construction organization through workforce planning, role clarity, delegation, succession development, mentoring, technical capability building and cross-functional collaboration. Strengthen the next level of leadership required to support simultaneous operations and expansion.
Promote consistent use of digital, AI-enabled, and AI-assisted controls for planning, cost, change, risk, manpower, quality, commissioning, and executive reporting. Leverage Artificial Intelligence, advanced analytics, and automation to improve forecasting, risk identification, resource optimization, and decision-making. Establish a reliable single source of truth, clear data ownership, and disciplined reporting practices across projects and operating teams.
