Pearson VUE invites a dedicated Customer Relations Program Coordinator to join our global testing network. You will manage inquiries from candidates’ assessment experiences, investigate issues reported by the Customer Service team, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure positive outcomes.

You will own inquiries with strong communication, time management, and curiosity to resolve across various platforms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience training, teaching, or coaching is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage diverse inquiries from internal stakeholders related to candidates' assessment experiences.
  • Understand and investigate customer inquiries received via phone and email from the Customer Service team.
  • Collaborate with varied departments to thoroughly investigate customer issues.
  • Utilize customer relations skills to take ownership of inquiries and deliver positive outcomes.
  • Contribute to process improvement by providing feedback and suggesting ways to avoid future customer issues.
  • Potentially engage with clients and assist with exciting projects.
  • Work a regular full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, 5 days per week.
