Role Objective

The Program Associate will coordinate and strengthen the Dream Mentoring Program by connecting young people with mentors, ensuring meaningful mentoring experiences, and supporting young people’s personal, educational, and career aspirations. The role combines programme management, stakeholder engagement, data management, and technology-enabled programme delivery, serving as the bridge between programme implementation and the Dream Mentoring App.

Key Responsibilities
Programme Management
  • Coordinate end-to-end implementation of the Dream Mentoring Program.
  • Identify, onboard, and support mentors and mentees.
  • Facilitate mentor orientations, reflection sessions, and engagement activities.
  • Build partnerships with schools, colleges, volunteers, and community organisations.
  • Ensure safeguarding, equity, and quality programme delivery.
Monitoring & Reporting
  • Maintain mentor and mentee databases.
  • Track programme progress, mentoring outcomes, and engagement.
  • Prepare programme reports, impact stories, donor reports, and documentation.
  • Use programme data to support learning and decision-making.
Technology & Digital Systems
  • Manage the Dream Mentoring App and ensure accurate programme data.
  • Coordinate with the Technology Team to improve platform features and workflows.
  • Support user onboarding, mentor-mentee matching, reporting dashboards, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop SOPs, user guides, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure longterm sustainability of the platform.
Learning & Quality
  • Capture programme insights and feedback from mentors and young people.
  • Recommend improvements to strengthen the mentoring model and programme quality.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in youth development, mentoring, education, or community programmes.
  • Strong programme coordination, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with digital platforms or programme management systems is desirable.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and data management skills.
  • Fluency in Kannada and English.
