The Program Associate will coordinate and strengthen the Dream Mentoring Program by connecting young people with mentors, ensuring meaningful mentoring experiences, and supporting young people’s personal, educational, and career aspirations. The role combines programme management, stakeholder engagement, data management, and technology-enabled programme delivery, serving as the bridge between programme implementation and the Dream Mentoring App.
