  • Enable schools and teachers to adopt new technology.
  • Collect evidence and create change case studies.
  • Ensure increasing student adoption of technology.
  • Mentor and train students for hackathons.

Job Title

Project Associate (Technology)

Organization Background

Muskaan Dreams is a social impact Ed‑Tech nonprofit committed to bridging the digital divide in government schools by empowering teachers with technology so that every student has the opportunity to take advantage of digital learning and skilling to prepare for the future with rapidly evolving job market needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete ownership of the implementation for 2-3 government schools under the Project Innovators of Tomorrow run by the organization.
  • Conduct training on technology as per the designed curriculum for students in grades 7-10.
  • Effectively monitor and implement the Innovators for Tomorrow Project both physically and virtually.
  • Conduct regular testing, orientation, and support for school students on existing and newly developed products.
  • Carry out need‑based surveys and collect data for baseline, midline, and endline for school teachers, students, and parents.
  • Enable schools and teachers to adopt new technology and tools.
  • Collect evidence and create change case studies from the field at regular intervals.
  • Ensure increasing student adoption of technology as per project M&E.
  • Mentor and train students for hackathons and other competitive events.
Experience Requirements
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree preferably in a computer field (BCA, MCA, B.Tech).
  • Communication and documentation skills in English and Hindi.
  • A passion to impact lives and bring change in society.
Must Have Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft and Google products (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, etc.).
  • Teaching and pedagogy ability with basic knowledge of other tech products and programs.
  • Reporting and documentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with government entities and internal teams.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, both in writing and speaking.
  • Awareness of local areas and blocks.
  • Humble and empathetic demeanor.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and groundwork.
  • Open to local, needs‑based travel and commutes.
Other Requirements

It is preferred if the candidate has his/her own vehicle, smartphone, and laptop for the proper execution of roles and responsibilities. All program deliverable‑related training will be provided by the organization.
