Job summary

SP Software is seeking a Program Analyst in Bangalore to drive MIS reporting, dashboard development, and cross-functional coordination. The role emphasizes VBA macros, Python, and Excel-based analytics to support management reviews and strategic decisions.

The candidate will work with Global Operations and Platform teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely delivery of metrics and dashboards across programs.

Job Role: Program Analyst

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

• Expertise on MIS reporting using advance excel/VBA macros & Other BI tools.
• Responsible for understanding the clients requirements, devising and proposing a feasible solution using VBA Macros, Python or Other BI tools
• Experience in creating Dashboards and comprehensive tools in Excel using VBA.
• Strong experience in developing Visualization reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent Presentation Skills for creating Management Committee & Steer Co decks for Management Reviews.
• Co-ordinate with Global Operations & Platform teams (Hardware and Software) for requirements gathering, follows up on program meeting agenda, status update, action closure and dashboard/metrics updates.
• Manages day-to-day stakeholders’ interaction globally and manages stakeholder’s expectations.
• Manages the program data on behalf of the Sr. Program manager and directors and enable them to drive project seamlessly.
• Analysing the gathered requirements and generates metrics for multiple programs and support HWs Procurements for programs.
• Works with Operations and Platforms teams on HW ordering, Shipment tracking and logistical processes.
• Create JIRA Tickets for issue tracking in programs and escalating to the responsible management and follow closure.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant Exp in MIS Reporting, & Program/Project Management roles in diverse org, Expertise in Project & Program Management Life Cycle On Agile methodology.
• Expertise in VBA Macros, any Open-Source tools for tool development and visualizations
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Tool, VBA Macros, JIRA, Splunk, Confluence, SharePoint, SQL & Python.
• Very Strong Stake holder and Conflict Management skills with Ability to interact with high level Stakeholders.
• Self-starter with strong ability to work independently and Comfortable to work in an extremely fast paced work environment.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Tool, VBA Macros, JIRA, Splunk, Confluence, SharePoint, SQL & Python. Exposure on Basic BI tool knowledge is preferred.
