Interview Kickstart is hiring a Program Advisor to engage prospective learners across the US market, guiding them from evaluating goals to enrollment. This remote role requires comfortable night shifts aligned with PST hours and a consultative, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, academic counselling, or B2C sales.
• Experience selling to US customers or international markets preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to enrollment.
• Connect with prospective learners through outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultative conversations.
• Understand customer goals and recommend the most suitable Interview Kickstart program.
• Answer customer questions related to programs, pricing, and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships through timely and effective follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM.
• Stay informed about Interview Kickstart's offerings and the competitive landscape.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant programs where appropriate.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Program Advisor to engage prospective learners across the US market. You'll guide them through their decision-making journey - from understanding their career goals to recommending the right program and supporting them through enrollment.

What We're Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, academic counselling, or B2C sales.
• Experience selling to US customers or international markets is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a target-driven environment.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple customer interactions effectively.
