Job summary

Interview Kickstart is seeking a Program Advisor to engage prospective learners across the US market, guiding their decision process and supporting enrollment.

You will manage the full sales cycle, conduct outbound calls, and tailor program recommendations while maintaining CRM data and hitting enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, academic counselling, or B2C sales.
• Experience selling to US customers or international markets is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple customer interactions effectively.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM.
• Stay informed about Interview Kickstart's offerings and the competitive landscape.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant programs where appropriate.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
