[Prathyusha Engineering College (Autonomous), functioning under the Prathyusha Educational Trust, has announced faculty recruitment for the academic year 2026–2027. The institution is inviting applications from qualified and dedicated academicians for Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Certified Trainer positions across multiple engineering and science disciplines.

Selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching with strong conceptual clarity, preparing lesson plans and academic materials, conducting assessments, mentoring students, guiding academic and career development, participating in curriculum planning, contributing to research activities and publications, supporting laboratory and departmental functions, and assisting in institutional development initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Doctoral degree holders and fresh Ph.D. graduates are preferred
• Experienced teaching professionals with Ph.D. qualifications in computational and relevant engineering branches are encouraged to apply
• Excellent academic record throughout the educational career is required
• Qualification and experience should be in accordance with AICTE and Anna University norms
• Assistant Professor positions are open to both freshers and experienced candidates
• Associate Professor candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 6 indexed publications, including 2 years post-Ph.D. experience
• Professor candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 10 publications, including 5 years at the Associate Professor level
