Qualifications

• PhD in Agriculture required with strong research background.
• Experience in teaching at university level and guiding research students.
• Demonstrated ability to design and update curricula with innovative teaching methods.

Responsabilités

• Deliver lectures and guide PG/Ph.D. scholars.
• Design curriculum and update course content by introducing innovative teaching methodologies.
• Supervise and mentor PG / Ph.D. scholars.
• Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in reputed journals.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs.
• Secure research grants, run funded projects and offering advisory services.
• Monitor and manage assigned agricultural farms efficiently to ensure profitability.
• Organize, maintain and oversee farm machinery and equipment.
• Guide students on best cropping practices, soil management and modern techniques.
• Ability to foster a positive learning environment for students.
• Contribute to departmental academic and administrative activities.
• Candidate must relocate to Gajraula or to the nearest location.
