The Asset Management Consulting Operations division is responsible for all delivery and projects for clients on our front‑back‑office asset management platform. From portfolio and order management to performance, risk, and accounting, our solution is a seamless, full investment lifecycle platform that simplifies your processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the R&D, Delivery & DevOps teams on the quality and functional evolution of the Software Package
• Write functional specifications and contribute to scoping phases
• Organize and participate in test campaigns
• Document for business users
• Consult, assist, and train business teams to meet the needs of our customers (Asset Management Companies, Family Offices, Private Banks, Insurers)
• Design and parameterise solutions: report automation, control parameterisation, data transfer, business data control
• Engage in both short‑term missions and long‑term projects, often on customers’ premises and in direct contact with their business teams
• Work on a broad range of issues across the investment lifecycle:
  • Front Office – order placement, decision support
  • Middle Office – compliance, market risk monitoring, performance analysis, data management
  • Back Office – investment accounting

Required Skills

• Master’s degree in Financial Markets, Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Information Systems
• Proven professional experience in market finance (including internships or apprenticeships)
• Proficiency with Excel, including VBA
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, proactivity, autonomy, interpersonal skills, and teamwork
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French or another European language is a plus
