You will apply investment product knowledge, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage Microsoft Office and automation tools to improve process efficiency under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Must have experience in Asset Management.
• BA/BS degree (business or economics) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills; ability to multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end RFP and consultant questionnaire response process, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant, and on time.
• Apply understanding of investment products and services to articulate firm capabilities in client-facing documents.
• Peer review and proofread client documents for grammar, spelling, consistency and firm standards.
• Maintain understanding of the investment business, including Fintech and the firm's product suite.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on large client requests and manage tight deadlines.
• Operate across Microsoft applications and engage with automation tools in the client environment (RPA, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere).

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Business Support Consultant to join our dynamic team across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:

• RFP & Questionnaire Management: Lead or support the end-to-end RFP (Request for Proposal) and consultant questionnaire response process, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
• Investment Expertise: Apply a solid understanding of investment products and services (equities, fixed income, issuer communications) to accurately articulate the firm's capabilities in client-facing documents.
• Quality Control: Serve as a peer reviewer and proofreader for complex client documents, ensuring impeccable accuracy in grammar, spelling, consistency, and adherence to firm standards.
• Business Acumen: Maintain a deep understanding of the investment business, including aspects of Fintech and the firm's product suite.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work both independently and collaboratively with various teams on large client requests, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Technology Utilization: Operate proficiently across all Microsoft applications and be comfortable engaging with modern automation tools in the client environment (e.g., RPA, Power Automation, Automation Anywhere).

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Domain Expertise: Must have experience in the Asset Management field.
• Education: BA/BS degree (preferably in business or economics) or equivalent experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Soft Skills: Proven strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.
