Job summary

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance in manufacturing, assembly, production, or industrial operations.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, electrical drawings and electrical testing, plus basic PLC knowledge and tools & production equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and assembly procedures.
• Awareness of occupational health and safety practices, including 5S methodology.
• Electrical B-Licence issued by the State Electricity Board is mandatory.
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and a disciplined approach to safety and quality.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity for manufacturing environments.

As a Maintenance Technician at the Nellore manufacturing facility, you will support the assembly and production of wind turbine generators, ensuring that manufacturing operations run safely, efficiently, and according to production targets. You will work with mechanical and electrical components, following established work instructions and quality standards to deliver reliable products. Your role will contribute directly to operational excellence by maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity within the manufacturing environment.

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components of wind turbine generators according to technical drawings, work instructions, and production requirements.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
• Conduct basic quality inspections and document production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and traceability requirements.
• Follow Zero Harm safety standards, identify potential hazards, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Support workplace organization and equipment readiness through 5S practices and routine tool and machinery checks.

What You Bring

• ITI Diploma or equivalent vocational qualification in Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical, or related trades.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical maintenance in manufacturing, assembly, production, or industrial operations.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, electrical drawings, electrical testing, basic PLC knowledge, tools and production equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and assembly procedures.
• Awareness of occupational health and safety practices, including 5S methodology.
• Valid Electrical B-Licence issued by the authorized State Electricity Board is mandatory.
• Good attention to detail, teamwork, and a disciplined approach to safety and quality.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity to work in a manufacturing environment.
