Job summary

Recruito is seeking a hands-on PCB test technician in Bengaluru, India, to perform functional and in-circuit testing of PCBs and troubleshoot defects. You will prepare test procedures, maintain calibration, and support NPI test setups.

The role requires familiarity with analog/digital/mixed-signal circuits, microcontroller testing, firmware flashing, and comfort with multimeters, oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. Teamwork and strong troubleshooting are essential.

Qualifications

• PCB testing experience or electronics production experience.
• Knowledge of microcontroller testing and firmware flashing.
• Strong understanding of analogue, digital and mixed-signal circuits.
• Hands-on experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes and logic analysers.
• Knowledge of ESD, soldering/rework and PCB schematics.
• Experience with ATE or functional test jigs is a plus.
• Good troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
