AP Management Consultants in India is seeking a candidate for a role in the Solvent Extraction Plant. The role focuses on knowledge of solvent extraction, food safety standards, and plant machinery to maintain quality and yield.

You will follow SOPs, implement procedures, log activities, maintain cleanliness, and strive for productivity and yield targets while upholding safety and hygienic practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of solvent extraction process.
• Knowledge of food safety systems and international standards in food processing (ISO, HACCP).
• Knowledge of plant machinery and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Follow standing instructions from management and team leaders.
• Implement operating methods and procedures to eliminate problems and improve product quality.
• Adhere to SOPs and work instructions in the process area.
• Work to continuously improve in all areas; follow safety and food safety practices.
• Log all activities in respective log sheets and keep the work area neat and clean.
• Maintain productivity standards for each section and achieve stipulated yield for each product.

Role & responsibilities

• Knowledge of solvent extraction process3-5 years of relevant experience in a Solvent Extraction Plant.
• Knowledge of Food safety systems and International standards in Food processing such as ISO, HACCP, etc.
• Knowledge of plant machinery and equipment.

To follow standing instructions given by management. Follow instructions given from time to time by the team leaders.

• Implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality.

To adhere to the SOPs and work instructions in the process area.

• Work to continuously improve in all areas
• Follow the safety rules and food safety practices.
• Responsible for the logging all the activities in respective log sheets.
• Keep the work area neat and clean.
• Maintain productivity standards related to each section.
• Responsible to get the stipulated yield for each products
