Job summary

MATPLAT Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Production Supervisor to supervise ceramic insulated wire and cable production in Gujarat. The role involves managing manpower, production targets, quality and productivity to meet targets with strict adherence to SOPs and 5S principles.

You will monitor MgO/ceramic insulation processes, control rejections and wastage, and maintain reports to ensure high standards and safety across operations in Pirana / Ode / Narol area.

Qualifications

• Must have ITI Electrician or Diploma Electronics background.
• Experience supervising production is a plus.
