Job summary

Abhijeet Plastics India Pvt Ltd in Pune is seeking a Production Engineer/Supervisor to manage daily blow molding operations. You will set up machines, monitor parameters, and control the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on experience with blow molding, mold changes, and managing downtime, with relocation to Pune/Bhosari area being possible. Diploma or B.Tech in relevant fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech in relevant engineering fields.
• Experience in blow molding and plastics production is preferred.
• Knowledge of machine settings, process control, and quality monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily blow molding production as per plan.
• Machine setting, parameter monitoring and process control.
• Handle mold changeover and machine start-up/shutdown.
• Control rejection and quality issues.
• Monitor machine productivity, OEE and downtime.
