Job summary

Staffing Services India is hiring Production Officers for Ready Mix Concrete operations. The candidate will manage concrete batching operations, production planning, batch control, SAP coordination, laboratory coordination, mix design and quality requirements while ensuring smooth operation of the RMC plant.

The position requires 6–8 years of experience in cement/construction materials, with a BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical engineering, and will be based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical engineering.
• 6–8 years’ experience in cement/construction materials.
• Experience coordinating SAP, batching, and quality control.
• Knowledge of concrete mix design and lab coordination.

• Manage ready mix concrete batching operations.
• Plan production and control batch processes.
