Position: Production Lead

Job Description: We're on the lookout for a seasoned and dynamic Production Lead to spearhead our kitchen appliance assembly line operations. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen appliance assembly line, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and on-time delivery goals are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce production costs.
• Lead and mentor shop floor team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and quality control to drive product innovations and process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
• Manage the assembly line budget, forecast production needs, and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to meet production demands.
• Implement and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards in line with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• 07+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the kitchen appliance or similar industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing assembly line operations, driving process improvements, and delivering results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards related to kitchen appliance production.
