Job summary

Ipca in India is seeking a candidate for supervision of batch-related activities in vial manufacturing, including dispensing, washing, sterilization, filling, and documentation updates. The role requires handling change controls and preparing GMP documents within a regulatory framework.

The ideal candidate has experience in injectable production and familiarity with TrackWise for documentation and change management.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing department (injectables) within the pharma industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise batch related activities including batch dispensing, vial washing, sterilization and batch filling in vial manufacturing.
• Prepare and review maintenance and online documentation of logbooks, BMRs and BPRs; initiate CCP for document changes.
• Prepare SOP, BMR, BPR, URS, Protocols and conduct Quality Risk Assessments; update documents as per regulations.

Role & responsibilities

To Supervise the batch related activities like batch dispensing, vial washing, sterilization, batch filling in vial manufacturing area, Preparation review maintenance and online documentation of logbooks, BMRs and BPRs, Initiating CCP regarding change in documents like SOP, BMR, BPR, URS, Protocols, Engineering study and documents related to process, procedure by Track-wise software, To Prepare the SOP, BMR, BPR and URS and Protocol and Quality Risk Assessment ensure up‑gradation of the documents as per latest regulatory norms.
