Job summary

Genius Consultants is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Operator in India to support line assembly and material handling on the production floor. You will contribute to smooth production flow and ensure efficient operation of daily tasks.

As part of the production team, you will assist senior technicians, help with packaging and labeling, perform basic quality checks, and maintain cleanliness and proper documentation to uphold safety and quality standards on the line.

Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport raw materials, tools, and finished goods across the production floor manually or using carts, dollies, and hand trucks.
• Line Assembly & Support: Feed raw materials into processing equipment or conveyor belts, and assist senior technicians or machine operators with basic assembly tasks.
• Packaging & Labeling: Accurately sort, pack, crate, and label completed products according to company guidelines and shipping instructions.
• Quality Control: Visually inspect items along the production line for defects, damages, or deviations from specifications, and report faulty materials to supervisors.
• Maintenance & Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in work areas by sweeping, mopping, removing industrial waste, and wiping down machinery after use to prevent safety hazards.
• Documentation: Log essential processing numbers, machine readouts, or stock levels as required by production supervisors.
