Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Head with over 10 years of expertise in Rigid Boxes and Mono Cartons. The candidate will lead daily plant operations, enforce workforce discipline, drive inter-departmental planning, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Operations: Oversee end-to-end manufacturing processes for Rigid and Mono Cartons, maximizing machine throughput and raw material yield.
• Planning & Execution: Drive cross-functional teams (Planning, Purchase, Maintenance, Dispatch) to align production schedules with customer delivery deadlines.
• Workforce Management: Direct, manage, and discipline the shop-floor workforce to maintain high productivity, attendance, and safety standards.
• Process Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce setup time, minimize waste, and maintain standard quality parameters.
• Downtime Management: Coordinate preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and resolve technical bottlenecks quickly.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in the packaging industry with direct hands‑on experience in Rigid Boxes or Mono Cartons.
• Leadership: Strong capability to execute goals, lead teams on the floor, and maintain strict operational discipline.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of carton structures, printing, converting, die‑cutting, pasting, and rigid box automation machinery.
• Compensation: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 PM (commensurate with experience).
