Job summary

Whiteforce outsourcing Ltd in India is hiring a Production Engineer with 4–8 years of experience in tube manufacturing. The role focuses on shift execution, machine setup, first piece approval, and ongoing process monitoring to maintain quality and efficiency.

You will troubleshoot production issues, balance lines, and supervise operations such as tube bending, end forming, beading, tube assembly and welding. Diploma/ITI fitter background is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI Fitter with 4–8 years experience in tube manufacturing.
• Hands on experience in shift handling and operator training.
• Experience in troubleshooting and process control.

Responsibilities

• Operate shift and monitor tube manufacturing processes.
• Set up machines and ensure first piece approval.
• Troubleshoot production issues and train operators.
• Balance lines to optimize output.
• Oversee tube bending, end forming, beading, welding and assembly.
