Job summary

Pinnacle Equipments Pvt. Ltd., Chakan is seeking a skilled professional with strong knowledge in heavy fabrication, welding, and ASME code compliance to support the drawing of pressure vessels, storage tanks, and heat exchangers.

The role involves process piping understanding and fabrication of process equipment, ensuring quality and compliance. Daily reporting, NDE adherence (PT, MT, RT), WPS/PQR maintenance, and 5S housekeeping are essential.

Qualifications

• Should have knowledge of heavy fabrication, welding, drawing of Pressure Vessel, Storage Tank, Heat Exchanger & ASME Code.
• Sound knowledge of process Piping, & Fab knowledge of process equipments.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of daily reports based on the achieved results.
• Maintaining NDE and quality of job via PT, MT, RT and maintain WPS, PQR.
• Conducting sunrise and sunset meetings daily.
• Contractor handling.
• Study of drawing & communication with inter department.
• Maintaining 5S process.
