Job summary

Deccan Nutraceuticals in Maharashtra is seeking a plant operator responsible for handling equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dyer and hydrogenator, and for maintaining routine logs. You will perform batch charging, in-process monitoring, centrifugation and drying, ensure plant cleanliness, issue BMR and RM indent, reconcile material registers, and report any non-conformance to your supervisor.

This role offers hands-on experience in a chemical processing environment with emphasis on safety

Responsibilities

• Handling of equipment like reactors, centrifuge, dyer and hydrogenator.
• Online document filling like BMR, Equipment Usage log Book, Daily Cleaning Log Book.
• Handling of hazardous chemicals as well as palladium catalyst in plant.
• Batch charging, in-process monitoring, centrifugation and drying.
• Maintain plant cleanliness.
• Issuance of BMR, RM indent.
• Maintain reconciliation of Material Register.
• Report any non-conformance to superior.
