Job summary

Infinite is seeking an IAM support specialist to provide L2/L3 production support for web access management and IAM services. You will troubleshoot SSO, federation, MFA, access policies, and authentication flows, while maintaining PingFederate, PingAccess, and Ping MFA environments.

The role involves analyzing logs and authentication events, supporting AWS/EKS deployments, and coordinating with security and infrastructure teams. Strong scripting and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on support with PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping MFA.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SSO troubleshooting.
• Experience with AWS cloud environment and Kubernetes/Amazon EKS.
• Understanding of web access concepts: sessions, cookies, reverse proxies, SSL certificates.
• Experience analyzing logs, production issues, browser traces.
• Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, REST APIs, identity integrations.
• Knowledge of incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Basic scripting or automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for web access management and IAM services.
• Troubleshoot SSO, federation, MFA, access policies, and authentication flows.
• Support PingFederate, PingAccess, and Ping MFA platforms.
• Assist with Ping DaVinci workflows where applicable.
• Investigate login failures, certificate issues, token errors, policy failures, and access problems.
• Analyze logs, SAML/OIDC/OAuth transactions, HTTP headers, and authentication events.
• Support IAM platforms hosted in AWS environments with EKS/Kubernetes exposure.
• Perform routine configuration updates, service checks, patch coordination, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve incidents.
• Document known issues, SOPs, runbooks, and resolutions.
• Participate in incident response, change support, and on-call rotations.
• Prepare client reports and representations.

Required Skills
