Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Marketing team for DA and dispatch requirements.
• Plan daily production schedules in line with DA or marketing demand.
• Distribute workloads as per demand between in-house production and vendors.
• Review and analyze new DA on a daily basis.
• Plan and coordinate kit requirements with stores on a daily basis.
• Generate PIR to offer assembled materials to QC.
• Receive, follow up, and pick up kits from stores as per requirements.
• Receive, follow up, and pick up molding parts from the mold shop.
• Coordinate with vendors and QC for urgent material follow-up.

4. Review and analyze new DA on a daily basis.
5. Plan and coordinate kit requirements with stores on a daily basis.
6. Generate PIR (Purchase Indent Request) to offer assembled materials to QC.
7. Receive, follow up, and pick up kits from stores as per requirements.
8. Receive, follow up, and pick up molding parts from the mold shop.
9. Coordinate with vendors and QC for urgent material follow-up and timely availability.
