Responsibilities

• Activity works on improvement projects to reduce internal defects & scrap cost (ZERO DEFECT CULTURE)
• Planning and organizing production schedules and ensuing that products are produced on time and are of good quality
• Ensure all KPI are under control by regular review and support during escalation
• Compliance to IATF, EOHS, AHQ, and MPS systems
• Monitoring and controlling of consumables cost
• Handling change management - 4M
• Drive TPM JH pillar activities
• Ensuing good 5S as per standard
• Preparation of MIS report
