Job summary

Applied Materials India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Global Product Support Engineer for semiconductor equipment in Bangalore. You will develop BKMs, own beta site tests, and coordinate with Manufacturing to support New Product final tests, driving issue resolution with Engineering.

This mid-level role requires hands-on problem solving, collaboration with multiple teams, and the ability to work across QA, Manufacturing, and Reliability groups to ensure product readiness.

Qualifications

• Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products.
• Own beta site test plans and reporting.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate in New Product final test.
• Drive resolution of key issues with Engineering.

• Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) group to review and address Top Field Issues.
• Participate in or own CAPA process.
• Identify new parts that require to be stocked by AGS and work with them to ensure parts are stocked in correct locations.
