Overview

PSC Hand Safety India Private Limited is the manufacturing arm of the PSC Group, dedicated to designing and producing innovative hand safety tools for high-risk industries. From oil and gas to heavy engineering, our solutions are trusted by safety-conscious teams around the world.

We’re looking for a Product Specialist to join our Visakhapatnam office and play a key role in supporting our product development and customer engagement initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product development from concept to launch
• Organise and present product webinars to clients and partners
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and build the sales funnel
• Plan and track inventory and dispatches in coordination with our logistics team

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Excellent telephone etiquette and confident communication with key accounts
• Well-organised, methodical, and committed to strong work ethics
• 1–2 years of experience in industrial product sales or customer-facing roles preferred

Location & Work Details

• Location: On-site, Dabagardens area, Visakhapatnam
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday, 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
