Key Responsibilities

Product Sourcing & Development

• Identify and develop new vendors and products that align with company goals
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of industry developments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies

Vendor Development & Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that benefit the company
• Monitor vendor performance and address any quality or delivery issues

Quality Sourcing

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality products
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure vendor compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues

Requirements

• Strong industry knowledge and network of vendors
