Qualifications

• 10+ years building production software with architecture ownership for enterprise-grade distributed systems.
• Deep knowledge of event-driven/asynchronous architectures, containers, cloud networking, and Kubernetes.
• Working understanding of LLM application architecture, tool calling, agent workflows, and human-in-the-loop execution.
• Strong authentication, authorization, RBAC, secret management, auditability, and production observability.
• Proven ability to evolve legacy platforms and inspect, prototype, debug, and review production code.

• Platform Architecture: Own service boundaries, APIs, data services, and architectural patterns for agent orchestration, knowledge graphs, and integrations.
• Deployment & Security: Ensure platform deployability across cloud VPCs and on-premises environments, defining security standards for RBAC and secrets management.
• Resilience & Governance: Establish design standards for retries, idempotency, state management, failure recovery, observability, and LLM/vendor abstractions.
• Technical Leadership: Review major designs and critical code, resolve architectural debt, and collaborate with product teams on feasibility and prioritization.

Job description

We are looking for a Product / Platform Architect with 10+ years of experience to own the hands-on technical architecture of an enterprise operations platform. You will oversee distributed services, agentic workflows, knowledge systems, integrations, and customer-hosted Kubernetes deployments across cloud and restricted environments.

Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture: Own service boundaries, APIs, data services, and architectural patterns for agent orchestration, knowledge graphs, and integrations.
• Deployment & Security: Ensure platform deployability across cloud VPCs and on-premises environments, defining standards for security, RBAC, auditability, and secrets management.
• Resilience & Governance: Establish design standards for retries, idempotency, state management, failure recovery, observability, and LLM/vendor abstractions.
• Technical Leadership: Review major designs and critical code, identify and resolve architectural debt, and collaborate with product teams on technical feasibility and sequencing

Required Technical & Professional Skills

• Experience: 10+ years building production software with demonstrated architecture ownership for enterprise-grade distributed systems.
• Distributed Systems & Kubernetes: Deep knowledge of event-driven/asynchronous architectures, service boundaries, containers, cloud networking, and Kubernetes.
• AI & Agentic Systems: Working understanding of LLM application architecture, tool calling, agent workflows, context retrieval, model abstraction, and human-in-the-loop execution.
• Security & Observability: Strong grasp of authentication, authorization, RBAC, secret management, auditability, and production observability.
• System Evolution & Hands-On Coding: Proven ability to evolve existing legacy platforms and sufficient coding ability to inspect, prototype, debug, and review production code

Preferred Technical Skills

• Practical SRE, DevOps, infrastructure, or incident-management experience.
• Hands-on experience with knowledge graphs, graph databases, or AI/agentic systems in production.
• Direct experience delivering and supporting customer-hosted enterprise software
