- Manage product planning and lifecycle activities.
- Support Product Development and NPI processes.
- Conduct market research, intelligence and benchmarking.
- Analyze customer requirements, market trends and competitors.
- Support product strategy, roadmap and portfolio planning.
- Monitor pricing, profitability and market positioning.
- Assist with RFQs, tenders and customer-specific requirements.
- Track KPIs and contribute to product improvements.
- Prepare reports, presentations and business cases.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing and Operations.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage product planning and product lifecycle activities.
- Support Product Development and New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Conduct market research, market intelligence and competitive benchmarking.
- Analyze customer requirements, market trends and competitor products.
- Support product strategy, roadmap and portfolio planning.
- Monitor product performance, pricing, profitability and market positioning.
- Support RFQs, tenders and customer-specific product requirements.
- Track product KPIs and support product improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations and business cases.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing and Operations teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 35 years of relevant Product Planning / Product Management experience.
- Automotive / Automotive Aftermarket experience preferred.
- Strong exposure to Product Development, PLM and NPI.
- Experience in Market Research and Competitive Benchmarking.
- Good understanding of Product Portfolio, Customer Requirements, Pricing and Profitability.
- SAP / Teamcenter / Windchill / Power BI exposure preferred.
- B.E./B.Tech in relevant Engineering discipline.
