Job summary

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre seeks an experienced telecom infra professional to manage Oracle ECB/SBC and related integrations. You will support a global telephony infrastructure 24x7, including weekend on-call shifts, while contributing to ongoing project deliverables and site commissioning/decommissioning.

The role requires deep knowledge of voice protocols, networking and security basics, plus hands-on experience with Wireshark and SIP/RTP.

Qualifications

• Strong administration experience on Voice protocols and Oracle SBC/ECB.
• Troubleshooting skills down to packet level in Oracle SBC/ECB.
• Basic networking and security platform knowledge.
• Experience with IP telephony monitoring tools and Wireshark.
• Proficient in SIP, RTP, DHCP, DNS, LDAP and related protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support Telephony infra under UCS BL; manage Oracle ECB and SBC integrations.
• Provide 24x7 global infra support and on-call during weekends.
• Contribute to global project delivery and site commissions/decommissions.

Responsibilities

This profile will be part of Video Conferencing & Communication Services [ VCS] part of UCS [ Unified Communication services] BL.

He/She will be working primarily on Telephony infra managing Oracle ECB, SBC and other integration to it. Job Role is to support global infra 24x7 and on call over the weekends.

Apart from managing the infrastructure he/she will be working on global project deliverables, new site commission/decommissions.

Profile required

• Very good understanding of Oracle SBC, ECB and administration experience on Voice protocols. Troubleshooting skills on Oracle SBC/ ECB
• Basic knowledge of Network and Security platform.
• Strong experience on IP telephony and it's monitoring tools.
• Work experience on - Configuration of Oracle SBC / ECB, Wireshark tool, Oracle EOM
• Protocol Knowledge : SIP ,RTP ,TDM, ISDN ,UDP ,TCP ,TLS ,SNMP ,Radius ,LDAP ,DHCP ,DNS and HTTPS
• Expert troubleshooting techniques in networking down to packet level analysis.
• Good understanding on SIP RFC 3261
• DHCP, DNS, Wins, Active Directory knowledge is a must.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Proven ability to operate effectively within a high-governance banking environment.
• Candidate must perform consistently with strict adherence to all internal standards for incident management, change management and Problem management.
• Ability to maintain appropriate level of communication on projects/tasks with peers
• Good business understanding and attention to detail and must be able to adapt to agile way of work.
• Ability to promote cooperation and recognition of contributions to collective efforts
• Should be flexible to work in shifts"
